Information we collect
When you contact us through our website, we may collect:
• your first and last name;

Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in the contact form.

Our lawful basis

You are not legally required to use the contact form. However, we need a suitable means of contacting you if you would like a response. You may instead contact us by email or telephone.
Who receives your information
Access is limited to people who need the information to respond to your enquiry or administer TfE’s website.

How long we keep information
Contact-form entries and routine enquiry correspondence will normally be retained for no longer than 12 months after the enquiry has been resolved.
We may retain relevant information for longer where it becomes part of an ongoing service, contractual, safeguarding, financial or legal record. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or securely anonymised.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. These include restricting administrative access, maintaining website software, using secure connections and retaining backups.
No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not use the contact form for highly sensitive or urgent information.
